• The client can use the delivered content upon full payment, but Web Launch retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios or promotional material.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of breach of these Terms by the client, Web Launch reserves the right to terminate the services immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web Launch will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility thereof.

7. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web Launch, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising from the client’s use of our services.

8. Changes to these Terms

Web Launch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms anytime. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

10. Miscellaneous

• These Terms and any other agreements or policies referenced herein constitute the agreement between Web Launch and the client.
• Suppose any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid. In that case, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
